Kodak Wins Extension To File Exclusive Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 1:39 PM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. now has until the end of May to submit to a New York bankruptcy court a plan of reorganization without the threat of competing plans being filed, according to a judge’s order issued Wednesday.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Allan L. Gropper granted Kodak’s request to extend the period during which it may file a Chapter 11 plan exclusively to May 31 and the period in which the company may solicit support from creditors to July 31.
