Macy's Again Can't Stop Martha Stewart Sales At JC Penney

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Macy's Inc. lost another bid Thursday to stop J.C. Penney Inc. from selling home goods designed by Martha Stewart but sold under the "JCP Everyday" brand, with a New York state appeals court judge ruling midtrial that the sales could continue as long as the products aren't advertised.
