Whistleblowers Say BAE Is Behind The Times On FCA

Law360, Chicago (April 18, 2013, 8:58 PM EDT) -- Two former BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc. employees urged a Michigan federal judge on Thursday to preserve their whistleblower suit against the defense contractor, saying the company’s dismissal bid relies on an obsolete understanding of False Claims Act pleading standards.
