Fla. Justices Told 'Foreclosure King' Enabled Firm Misconduct

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The Florida Bar launched a complaint in the state Supreme Court on Wednesday alleging that an attorney who was once dubbed Florida's "foreclosure king" and whose firm processed thousands of foreclosure cases before its collapse in 2011 failed to properly supervise staffers who allegedly mishandled or filed fraudulent court documents.
