Organix Shampoo Maker Says False Labeling Suit Lacks Legs

Law360, San Francisco (April 18, 2013, 10:14 PM EDT) -- The maker of Organix shampoos urged a California federal judge Thursday to toss a false-labeling class action against it, arguing that the plaintiffs lacked standing to sue it for breaching warranty laws in Florida, New Jersey, Ohio and Texas because they hadn't purchased the shampoos in those states.
