Prudential Policyholders Lose 2nd Round In 'Death Spiral' Row

Law360, New York (April 18, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday nixed a renewed class certification bid by a group of Prudential Insurance Co. of America policyholders who said they weren’t told their health insurance had entered a "death spiral" that would drive up premiums.
