'Miracle' Skin Cream Anything But, Deceptive Ad Suit Says

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 7:53 PM EDT) -- Marketers and distributors of skin cream StriVectin-SD have been hit with a putative class action in New Jersey federal court accusing them of deceptively and falsely advertising the stretch mark cream as a clinically proven wrinkle reducer.
