Calif. High-Speed Rail Authority Settles Enviro Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- A California court on Friday signed off on a settlement between the California High Speed Rail Authority and agricultural groups in the state’s Central Valley that settles the last environmental suit against part of the $68 billion project, which could start construction this summer.
