Warner Bros. Wins Latest Battle In Superman Heir IP Saga

Law360, New York (April 19, 2013, 12:38 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge handed Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. another victory Thursday in its long-running fight for control of the rights to Superman, siding with the studio on the two remaining disputed portions of a controversial 2001 contract with the heirs of one of the superhero's co-creators.
