TransCanada Land Seizure Won't Get Day In Texas High Court

Law360, Houston (April 19, 2013, 5:13 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday rejected a challenge to a land seizure by TransCanada Corp. for a segment of its Keystone XL Pipeline, ending a dispute over the oil and gas giant’s authority to initiate legal proceedings to take control of private property.
