J&J Customers Ask 3rd Circ. To Revive Benecol False Ad Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (April 23, 2013, 4:47 PM EDT) -- The attorney for a proposed class of Johnson & Johnson customers asked the Third Circuit to revive a class action claiming that the company misrepresented the health benefits of a butter and margarine substitute, contending the suit was not preempted by federal law.
