9th Circ. Refuses To Rehear Juicy Juice Labeling Case

Law360, San Francisco (April 19, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A Ninth Circuit panel Thursday refused Nestle USA Inc's. petition to rehear its ruling in a class action over Juicy Juice health claims, which found the plaintiffs showed Nestle falsely advertised the effectiveness of its brain development-labeled juice products, but not those purporting immunity benefits.
