Google Says IP Law Boutique Must Hand Over Personnel File

Law360, Los Angeles (April 19, 2013, 10:56 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. sued intellectual property boutique Sheridan Ross PC on Friday, asking a Texas federal court to compel the firm to produce the personnel file of an ex-employee who says he created two patents that are in dispute in underlying litigation with a patent-holding company.
