DaimlerChrysler Union-Busting Case Taken Up By High Court

Law360, San Francisco (April 22, 2013, 2:42 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday granted DaimlerChrysler Corp.'s petition to review a Ninth Circuit ruling finding that a California federal court had jurisdiction over the German automaker in Argentine nationals' suit over union-busting activities and human rights violations by the Argentine government.
