Miami Archdiocese Sues City For $89M Over Zoning Changes

Law360, Miami (April 22, 2013, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The Catholic Archbishop of Miami has sued the city for $89 million over a zoning change that allegedly devalued the Archdiocese of Miami's property that sits adjacent to the historic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
