Trial Pushed Back In Facebook, Timelines Trademark Row

Law360, Chicago (April 22, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Monday pushed back the trial set to begin that day in Timelines Inc.'s trademark suit accusing Facebook Inc. of jeopardizing its business through the social media giant's own Timeline service, a delay that followed Facebook's request to ax Timelines' jury demand.
