ITC Rejects Motorola Bid For IPhone Import Ban

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday shut down a bid by Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility Inc. unit for a ban on imports of Apple Inc.'s iPhone, ruling that the patent Motorola asserted is invalid as obvious.
