Challenge To $373M Medicare Contract Award Falls In COFC

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Friday tossed a suit brought by two contractors that lost a $373 million Medicare administrative contract, following the U.S. Government Accountability Office's rejection of their bid protest of the award to Noridian Administrative Services LLC.
