AMR Frequent Flier Suit Tossed In Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Monday threw out a putative class action against AMR Corp. over changes to a frequent flier reward program, saying the claims are barred because an earlier settlement granted AMR broad authority to alter the program.
