EPA Evades Wide-Ranging Endangered Species Pesticide Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 2:01 PM EDT) -- A California federal court on Monday threw out an Endangered Species Act suit accusing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of failing to fully investigate the impact of 382 pesticides on threatened wildlife, finding that the environmental group plaintiffs need to present allegations for each individual pesticide.
