NYC Can't Flag Hospital Over Medicare Billing, Judge Says

Law360, Washington (April 23, 2013, 2:13 PM EDT) -- New York City cannot punish the New York Presbyterian Hospital for unproven fraudulent Medicare billing by impeding it from securing city contracts, a state court judge ruled Friday, saying the city had no evidence to support the action.
