Rutgers Slams Bid To Arbitrate Suit Over Big East Exit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 1:56 PM EDT) -- Rutgers University on Monday fired back at the Big East Conference’s attempt to dismiss the school’s suit in New Jersey federal court seeking to leave the conference without penalty, arguing that the conference’s attempt to push the dispute into arbitration is unconscionable.
