Apple, Samsung Spar Over Plans For New Damages Trial

Law360, San Francisco (April 23, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Monday unveiled their visions for a new damages trial in their two-year patent feud, with Apple arguing for a speedy trial in September while Samsung pushes for a longer trial next year that would re-examine infringement claims.
