Privacy Groups Rebuke Call For COPPA Rule Delay

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 8:40 PM EDT) -- A coalition of consumer groups on Tuesday asked the Federal Trade Commission to reject the online industry's recent request for a six-month extension to comply with the FTC's online privacy rule for children, saying companies have had more than enough time to adjust their business practices.
