Snubbed Fox Mobile Buyer Launches $100M Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 10:45 PM EDT) -- The CEO of business services firm AF Double Eagle Inc. on Tuesday sued his former partners in a deal to buy Fox Mobile Group for $100 million, saying they bought the News Corp. unit out from under him.
