Reid Bill Would Cap War Funding To Replace Sequester

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., unveiled a new bill Wednesday that would replace the budget cuts known as sequestration with savings from the troop drawdown in Afghanistan, hoping to ease growing concerns about flight delays caused by cuts at the Federal Aviation Administration.
