NJ Senate Committee Clears Sandy Coastal Protection Bills

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Senate environment and energy committee on Thursday passed several measures meant to protect or redevelop shorelines damaged by Hurricane Sandy, spur economic development in surrounding communities, and help property owners rebuild at higher elevations to protect against future storm surges.
