CoreLogic Buys Case-Shiller Home Pricing Indexes

Law360, Los Angeles (April 25, 2013, 3:57 PM EDT) -- Financial, property and consumer information provider CoreLogic Inc. has purchased the Case-Shiller indexes, which track home prices and home price forecasts, from financial technology company Fiserv Inc. for an undisclosed amount, CoreLogic announced Wednesday in conjunction with its first quarter 2013 earnings report.

Irvine-based Corelogic said the newest addition to the company’s suite of property valuation resources will strengthen the data, analytics and services it can provide to its clients.
