TransCanada Settles East Texas Land Seizure Suit

Law360, Dallas (April 25, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- TransCanada Keystone Pipeline LP has settled a dispute with a Texas family that had opposed its authority to condemn land for its planned crude oil pipeline, according to a Thursday appeals court opinion dismissing the suit.
