Personal Injury Firm Hid Ties To Arbitrators, 3rd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 10:04 PM EDT) -- Great Western Mining and Mineral Co. on Thursday asked the Third Circuit to reopen its suit claiming Brownstein Vitale & Weiss PC and an arbitration firm hid an improper relationship between them — a suit the defendants say borders on harassment.

Great Western's brief urges the appeals court to revive its suit against Brownstein and arbitration firm ADR Options Inc., which it says fraudulently concealed a relationship between themselves that resulted in an adverse judgment against Great Western.
