Ex-Aeropostale Exec Convicted In $350M Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 1:53 PM EDT) -- A New York federal jury on Thursday convicted former Aeropostale Inc. executive Christopher Finazzo for orchestrating a $350 million kickback scheme with a supplier that put a significant dent in the clothing giant's profits.

Finazzo, 57, was convicted by a Brooklyn jury on all 16 counts he faced: one for conspiracy, one for wire fraud and 14 for mail fraud. He faces up to 20 years in prison on each of the fraud counts.
