Chamber Backs Bid For SCOTUS Review Of Picketing Case

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 8:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce filed an amicus brief Wednesday supporting Ralphs Grocery Co.’s petition urging the U.S. Supreme Court to find two California state laws unconstitutional for providing preferential treatment to the speech of labor unions and their members.
