Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A New York real estate developer sued law firm Smith Buss & Jacobs LLC and several banks for $15 million in state court Sunday, claiming the firm failed to disclose a conflict of interest when it secured financing from Dominion Financial Corp. for an condominium conversion in Manhattan's East Village.
