Homebuilder NVR Kills Sales Reps' OT Class Action

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday nixed both federal and state class action overtime claims against homebuilding giant NVR, ruling that the company's salespeople plaintiffs had wide-ranging job experiences that made the case ill-suited for collective treatment.
