EEOC's Harassment Case Among Its Worst Losses, CRST Says

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- A sweeping U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission harassment case against CRST Van Expedited Inc. led to one of the worst defeats in the agency's history, CRST told an Iowa federal court Tuesday, reiterating its request for $5.5 million in fees and expenses it incurred fighting the suit.
