Hunton Helps Snag $300M To Turn Ex-AIG Offices Into Condos

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Hunton & Williams LLP has helped a consortium of real estate developers and investors including affiliates of Eastbridge Sarl, Rose Associates Inc. and AG Insurance NV/SA secure a $300 million loan for renovations at the former headquarters of AIG Inc. in Manhattan, the law firm announced Friday.
