Samsung Can't Put Off Apple Damages Retrial

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. will return to court in November for an "extremely limited" patent infringement damages retrial, a California federal judge ruled Monday, rejecting requests by Samsung that the new trial be delayed and address liability as well as damages.
