EMusic Exec Again Warns Court On DOJ E-Book Settlements

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 3:02 PM EDT) -- Even if price-fixing allegations against major publishers and Apple Inc. were the most serious “since the dawn” of antitrust law, a New York federal judge should not approve the U.S. Department of Justice's settlement with Penguin Group USA Inc., eMusic founder Bob Kohn said Monday.
