NJ High Court To Weigh Bad Faith Claims Brought After Trial

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 5:03 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Friday said it will consider whether bad faith claims against insurers who refuse to settle requests for uninsured motorist coverage are barred if the claims aren't filed in a motorist's original coverage lawsuit.
