2nd Circ. Ships Vatican Licensing Row To Vatican City

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday allowed the Vatican to move to Vatican City a lawsuit alleging that an agreement between its licensing agency and a New York-based gifts maker does not allow the manufacturer to access all the Vatican Library images it sublicensed.
