Investor Counterclaims Revived In $1B Las Vegas Project Suit

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- Two investors can reinstate counterclaims against Israel-based developers for allegedly lying about helping fund part of a $1 billion Las Vegas retail development, a New York state judge ruled Tuesday, finding that allegations were supported by sufficient evidence.
