TrailBlazer Loses Protest Over $404M Medicare Admin Contract

Law360, Washington (May 1, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- TrailBlazer Health Enterprises LLC lost its protest over a $404 million Medicare administration services contract when the U.S. Government Accountability Office determined in a decision released Tuesday that the government had appropriately evaluated competing bids and that TrailBlazer couldn't have filled the contract requirements.
