N.Y. AG Launches Antitrust Probe Of Intel

Law360, New York (January 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Intel Corp. may soon be facing antitrust allegations in the United States as well as in Europe, now that New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has launched a formal investigation into whether the world’s largest microprocessor manufacturer lured customers away from competitor Advanced Micro Devices Inc.
