Fla. Building Commission Clarifies ADA Rules For Apartments

Law360, Miami (May 1, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The Florida Building Commission has approved a decision pertaining to multifamily residential development, determining that the Florida Accessibility Code does not apply to projects covered under the state and federal Fair Housing acts that do not receive government funding or financial assistance.
