Aeropostale Investors Must ID Witnesses In Stock Fraud Case

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A group of investors suing clothing retailer Aeropostale for securities fraud will not be able to keep the names of their witnesses a secret after a New York federal judge said this week that the rules she approved Wednesday allowing confidential material in the case would not apply to their identities.
