NJ Medical Sales Reps Plead Guilty To Kickback Scheme

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- Two New Jersey men admitted Thursday to engaging in a conspiracy to bribe doctors to refer blood samples to Biodiagnostic Laboratory Services LLC, the medical testing lab where they used to work as sales representatives, in violation of federal corruption laws, according to a statement.

In U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman's statement, he said Peter Breihof of Nutley, N.J., and William Dailey of Wall, N.J., pled guilty to counts of conspiracy to violate the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Federal Travel Act in a New Jersey federal court....
