Unsecured Creditors Given Go-Ahead To Probe Atari

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 6:28 PM EDT) -- Unsecured creditors of fallen video game company Atari Inc. on Wednesday received a New York bankruptcy judge’s approval to investigate and collect documents from the company and its debtor-in-possession lender, Alden Global Distressed Opportunities Master Fund LP.
