Calif. Appeals Court Revives Barry White Song Royalties Suit

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday revived a lawsuit alleging the widow of songwriter Tony Sepe usurped royalties to the Barry White standard "You're the First, the Last, My Everything" that he signed over to his brother before he died.
