Sprinkler Co. Beats Workers' Cert. Bid In Pa. Appeals Court

Law360, Philadelphia (May 3, 2013, 4:08 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court agreed Thursday to deny class certification to a group of employees accusing a Texas-based sprinkler installer of failing to pay the prevailing wage on a construction project after ruling that the group of putative plaintiffs did not satisfy numerosity requirements.
