NLRB Deems Tour Guide's Facebook Posts Union Activity

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Thursday ruled that a New York City tour guide's emails and Facebook postings were protected by federal labor law as a continuation of his union organizing activities, even though they were not directed at his fellow employees.
